Somatic Models & Paradigms

These models can be pivotal in your therapy practice. We will work with the individual models, test drive them on ourselves in our work together, and support the implementation into your practice as it makes sense for you.

These classes are for pre-licensed Therapists in Training. This includes Associates, Practicum students and advanced MA students. Somatic Models are often offered on Monday nights.

You must schedule an Intake interview to talk about participating if you are new and you must reserve a space!

Somatic Resets - Self

Somatic Resets: In this class we will practice multiple models that you can use with your clients to help them come back to their bodily experience, down regulate and expand their window of Tolerance/Resilience. We will use models that a person can do for themselves and also models for what two or more people can do to help down regulate and co-regulate. These are important tools for couples to have for each other. In many cases, the therapist can also use these tools with their clients.
